What AktieTorget Requires of Companies Wanting to List with AktieTorget

  • The company must be judged by AktieTorget's Board of Directors to have good future prospects
  • Preferably, but not necessarily, the company has been in operation a few years
  • The company is public
  • The company is registered with the Swedish Securities Register Center and Clearing Organization or another securities clearing house.
  • Stock distribution requirements: There must be at least 200 shareholders with one normal unit of trading each. The public must own a minimum of 10% of the equity and control 10% of the votes.
  • The company must present an offering prospectus approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority or a listing memorandum approved by AktieTorget.
  • The company must report to its shareholders outside the company in accordance with AktieTorget's and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's regulations.
