Rules concerning public offers regarding shares traded at AktieTorget

Valid from January 1, 2010

Referring to AktieTorget’s listing terms agreement (also regarding listed companies), one fundamental term is the companies’ commitment to follow the current market code. The Swedish Industry and Commerce Stock Exchange Committee has applied rules concerning public offers regarding shares traded at AktieTorget. Listed companies shall also work for shareholders and their related to follow the rules of The Swedish Industry and Commerce Stock Exchange Committee and the current market code.

Companies of foreign origin, listed at AktieTorget, are still bound to follow the marked code of The Swedish Industry and Commerce Stock Exchange concerning rules regarding public offers.
