ISIN code (InstrumentID) was supplied, but an instrument/share/right could not be found.
You have either supplied a invalid ISIN code, or the instrument is no longer valid.
This usually happens whenever a right etc has expired, or a company is delisted.
If this is a new instrument it may be that it has not begun trading, and thus has not yet been activated.
